Who is responsible
İlayda Aydın, psychologist, Amsterdam, is responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach me at ilayda7aydin@gmail.com with any question about your data.
What I collect and why
- Booking details (your name, email address and any note you add), so I can schedule sessions and send you the video link. Bookings run through Google Calendar's appointment scheduling, so Google processes this data on my behalf.
- Messages you send me by email, phone or WhatsApp, so I can reply.
- Session notes, kept to support your therapy. They are confidential and are never shared without your permission, unless the law requires it or there is a serious risk to your or someone else's safety.
- Invoices and payment records, which I am required to keep for tax purposes.
This website
The site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. It counts visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which works without cookies and does not identify you. Pages holding appointment details are excluded from those statistics.
How long I keep data
I keep personal data only as long as needed for your care and for my legal obligations, such as record-keeping and tax rules, and then delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or to receive a copy of it. Email me and I will respond within a month. If you are unhappy with how your data is handled, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
